NFS Most Wanted is easily playable with on-board Intel graphics, while for Prostreet you definitely need a decent graphics card, i'm not sure about Carbon though, so I would sugest investing a decent graphics card for that too.
BTW the Latest installment of NFS, 'Undercover' will be released soon so the NFS Prostreet may be available for Rs.750 soon, and Most Wanted may end up at Rs.499
